As of writing time, I am currently in the midst of another midterm exams week and the most unfortunate thing about it is it was supposed to done last week and yet, here I am still about to prepare for another three midterm exams which includes Financial Accounting and Advanced Accounting. I totally love my life! Anyway, since it is pretty obvious that complaining about how boo-hoo worthy my life is is practically worthless, I'm going to take this very unsatisfactory moment into one special moment by writing a blog post. A blog post dedicated to turning that frown into a blinding smile! After all, frowning 2000 times will create wrinkles.

Preparing for exams or even preparing for a regular school day can be really tiresome and depressing. Just thinking about the loads of homework your professor will give you or that long examination you have been dreading can cause all of the unicorns and rainbows to evaporate in one giant smoke. But before we can let that happen, I need you to breathe. Take a step back and learn how to prioritize. What exams do I need to focus more on? What research report is going to eat a lot of my time? What should I do to maximize my time? These are the special questions that you have to ask and answer in order not to antagonize yourself with worthless worry.

It is also best if you let yourself rest once in a while. This is what I call as 'The Silent Times' because this is the very moment of your life where you can just let your brain shut down for awhile and let it wander. If writing is what you prefer, then go ahead write on your journal or even blog (like me!). On the other hand, if you like playing music instruments, I suggest you to play. Letting your mind go to another level or world can make things look better. As Tadashi Hamada said to his brother Hiro, "Look for a new angle!"

Studying or even doing work can be less tiresome and stressful if you have a fresh mind, a fresh attitude and fresh outlook. Don't let yourself be overwhelmed by the numerous things going on around you. It would not do you any good. Trust me. I've been there. I've done that. And, based on my experience, having multiple things going on can actually produce amazing ideas and wonders. Like this blog post, if you may ask. :)
