a love story and somehow, a drama and a tragedy. The story circulates around two boys who have the same name, Will Grayson and they are both the same and different. Both of them are wallflowers. They simply walk by unnoticed and it is not they had been rejected by the society or something but they simply chose to be like that and as the story unfolds, it shows how the two Will Graysons grew up emotionally. Both of them are also caught up in a weird love story. Will Grayson 1 is in love with a girl, Jane, but he can't admit it not just to others but even to himself. Will Grayson 2 is also head over heels with a guy that he met online even though he hasn't talked to him face to face yet.
Despite their similarities, Will Grayson 1 and Will Grayson 2 are a hell lot different. Will Grayson 1 is straight and Will Grayson 2 is gay. This is one of the issues that the book talks about. It shows how straight persons and gay people fall in love almost the same way. The book definitely achieved to talk about this issue in a very light manner. It didn't talk about the downs of a gay relationship and all of the drama involved around it, it focuses on how the relationship grew and how the partners grew.
